Dr. Pauline Le — Dentist & Practice Owner
Pauline is a practicing dentist who tried to make general-purpose tools work inside a real practice.
She documented SOPs. She trained her team. She stitched together platforms that looked right on paper.
They all failed under real pressure. So she implemented the Practice Operating System (POS) inside her own practice, clarifying ownership, stabilizing execution, and creating consistency without slowing clinical flow.
When no software could support how dentistry actually runs, Pauline decided to build one that could.
Kristen Davis — Strategic Practice Operator
Kristen came up through dentistry from the ground up.
She started as a hygienist, became an office manager, and grew into the Strategic Practice Operator responsible for making the entire practice run.
She was the right hand to a dentist who scaled from 1 location to 13, helping lead operations through growth and into a successful DSO acquisition. She later trained inside large DSOs, learning how high-performing practices standardize, scale, and execute day after day.
Kristen understands dentistry from every seat: clinical, operational, and leadership.
SOPHIE exists to support the role she lived: the person who keeps execution steady when reality isn’t.
Joe Procopio — Technology & Engineering
Joe is a SaaS CTO and security-first technologist.
He has built systems from early startup through scale, designing platforms that are stable, secure, and trusted under real-world pressure. Joe specializes in system architecture, engineering execution, and building software that holds up when reliability matters.
He understands risk, compliance, and trust, and how to design technology that supports people instead of getting in their way.
