About SOPHIE AI
SOPHIE fills the missing system layer in dental operations.
SOPHIE is the AI-powered Practice Stability System that reinforces operational standards across dental teams so work gets done to expectation, even when the day gets busy. Dental practices already have systems for records, scheduling, and reporting. What they often lack is a system that ensures follow-through actually happens across the team. That gap is where operational instability begins.

STOP MISDIAGNOSING REVENUE
Most Practice Problems Aren’t Demand Problems. They're Execution Problems.
Many practices assume growth problems come from marketing or patient demand. But the reality inside most practices looks different. Small execution gaps compound throughout the day.
These patterns show up in familiar places:
🚩
30–50% of diagnosed treatment goes unscheduled
🚩 10–20% of production opportunity sits untouched in reports
🚩 Insurance aging regularly exceeds 30–45 days
🚩 Case acceptance varies dramatically by coordinator
🚩
Lapsed patients
quietly disappear from recall systems
Practices don’t lack effort. They lack a system that keeps standards holding consistently across the team.
WHERE SOPHIE FITS
The Missing Layer in Dental Software
Popular dental software falls into a few categories:
PMS
Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental
These systems record activity.
Training/SOPs
SOP libraries, process documents
These systems store knowledge.
Analytics
Dental Intel, Jarvis, dashboards
These systems explain results.
What’s missing is a system that ensures execution actually happens.
That is the role SOPHIE fills. SOPHIE coordinates how standards hold across the practice—day to day, role by role.
STRATEGIC PRACTICE OPERATOR
The Role SOPHIE Was Built to Support
As practices grow, someone inevitably becomes responsible for keeping operations aligned.
That person may be called an:
- Office Manager
- Operations Manager
- Practice Administrator
They ensure:
- priorities stay clear
- responsibilities are owned
- standards hold across the team
But the responsibility is the same.
We call this role the Strategic Practice Operator.
SOPHIE exists to support that role, helping practices maintain execution clarity and operationla stability without constant reminders or oversight.
PRACTICE-PROVEN
Built for the Reality of Dental Operations
Dental practices operate under constant pressure: changing schedules, patient demand fluctuations, insurance complexity, staff turnover, and multi-role coordination. Even strong teams experience execution drift when conditions change. SOPHIE reinforces expectations directly in the workflow so follow-through stays consistent across the day. Standards don’t live in binders. They live in execution.
FOUNDERS
Dentist-Founded.
Operator-Built.
SOPHIE was built by people who have lived the operational reality of dental practices.

Dr. Pauline Le — Dentist & Practice Owner
Pauline is a practicing dentist who tried to make general-purpose tools work inside a real practice.
She documented SOPs.
She trained her team.
She stitched together multiple software platforms.
On paper, everything looked correct. Under real pressure, execution still broke down.
Pauline developed the operational discipline that became the foundation of SOPHIE AI: reinforcing standards where work actually happens. She calls it the Practice Operating System (POS) inside her own practice.
When no software supported that approach, she decided to build one that could.

Kristen Davis — Strategic Practice Operator
Kristen began her career as a dental assistant and eventually became an office manager and operations leader.
She started as a dental assistant, became an office manager, and grew into the Strategic Practice Operator responsible for making the entire practice run.
She helped lead a practice through growth from one location to thirteen, supporting the operational systems that allowed the organization to scale before its successful DSO acquisition.
Kristen understands dentistry from every seat: clinical, operational, and leadership.
SOPHIE exists to support the role she lived every day; the person responsible for keeping execution steady when reality changes.

Joe Procopio — Technology & Engineering
Joe is a veteran SaaS CTO who specializes in building reliable, security-first platforms.
He has architected software systems from early startups through large-scale deployments, with a focus on stability, performance, and long-term reliability.
He understands risk, compliance, and how to design technology that supports people instead of getting in their way.
Joe ensures SOPHIE is not only powerful but dependable.

Jeremy Vaughan — Product & Operations
Jeremy is a SaaS operator focused on turning real operational problems into clear, scalable systems.
He has built and positioned software products across multiple industries and specializes in product strategy, market positioning, and execution systems.
Jeremy ensures SOPHIE remains focused on solving the real operational challenges practices face every day.

WHY SOPHIE EXISTS
We didn’t invent a new idea.
We built the missing system.
Strong dental practices already understand the importance of operational standards.
Someone owns execution.
Standards exist.
Problems are addressed before they escalate.
What has been missing is the system that coordinates those standards every day. SOPHIE was built to provide that system.
Not another tool. Not more documentation. An execution system built for real dental days.
