Pull Forward / Push Out Rules

Holidays, OOO, coverage gaps... MyDay handles them. Tasks can be pulled forward before a closure or pushed to the next available date. Rules govern what can be moved and what must escalate.

No task disappears because someone was out. It moves (with a rule, not a guess).

Escalation Rules

Every task can carry an escalation rule: if not completed by X time, notify the manager. If not completed in Y days, escalate to the owner. Nobody has to remember to follow up. The system enforces it.
